‘Trying to survive as a working actor’

Location: Main Hall 5.00pm – 6.30pm

An insight into the world of acting.

This talk looks at the highs and lows of being a ‘jobbing’ actor and how to survive in this incredibly competitive environment. 

Alex Lowe -"Alex Lowe is an actor, writer and comedian. He is the creator and voice behind the character Barry from Watford on Steve Wright's BBC Radio 2 show, he has worked extensively in TV, theatre and film and is currently touring as Clinton Baptiste, a character he played in C4's Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights."
