Last term, our Year 9 Citizenship students carried out social action projects in collaboration with First Give. The prize for the winning group was a £1,000 grant for their chosen charity. The students participated in this project incredibly well and demonstrated a number of skills such as teamwork, confidence in presenting to an audience and commitment to active citizenship in their communities.

The winning charity was a fantastic local charity called the ‘Arts for Life’ project and it was represented by the following students: Eleanor, Megan, Myan, Melody and Yusuf, who are all now in Year 10.
