On Wednesday 8th February, 18 Year 9 students were taken to West London College in Barons Court on a Hospitality and Catering trip.

The trip allowed the students to see potential careers in Hospitality and Catering whilst being able to participate in a range of demonstrations; including how to make okra fries, mocktails and sushi rolls. Carl from 9FH was selected to take part in the sushi roll demonstration and was very successful with his own creation!
