School Performance 2010 - 'Little Shop of Horrors'

A big thank you from Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. Nower Hill have raised a massive £859 buying their Sweets for Life.

Haiti Earthquake Appeal

As a school community it is very important that we do something to aid the people of Haiti because of the terrible diasaster there. A big thank you to all who have made a donation - our grand total is £1212.97

Thank you everyone. We will pay the money into the Disaster Emergency Committee, which is a government sponsored organisation. http://www.dec.org.uk/

8CCW 'Bounced for Haiti'

20 pupils bounced a total of 6000 times (effortlessly exceeding their original target of 5000), in order to raise money for the Haiti earthquake crisis.

All in all, a fantastic event: raising money for a desperate cause whilst simultaneously showing off some serious Bouncing Prowess. Much gratitude to all who sponsored.

Great success for our 6th Form

The Achievement and attainment tables for 2009 were published earlier this month for A Level examinations taken last summer. The data details the average point score per examination entry; the higher the score, the higher average A Level grade achieved. We were delighted to find ourselves the top A Level state provider in the borough in terms of point score per entry.

A magnificent achievement for only our second cohort of A Level students. Congratulations to our very hard working students and staff – long may it continue!
