We are delighted to be welcoming Year 7 in addition to Year 8 students in September 2010. We have planned meticulously for the change in age of transfer. Our track record for managing change successfully is excellent. Our 6th Form opened in September 2006 and since then we have sent some 250 students on to university education. We are thrilled now to be an all through 11-18 school.

 

We recognise that Nower Hill is a large school and we do everything possible to ensure that every individual student is very well cared for and looked after by our outstanding Pupil Support team. We are a warm and friendly school. We have the highest expectations of our students and we deliver challenge and support in equal measure.

 

I look forward to welcoming our September 2010 intakes of Year 7 and Year 8 students and to working with parents/carers - a key ingredient in our success is the strong relationship between Nower Hill and home. Together in partnership we will ensure that Nower Hill High School is a centre of all round educational excellence for the community.
